I’ve been in the jewelry mode lately.
Not crazy, but when I do get some free time during the week, I find myself itching to make fun jewelry pieces.
Here are some recent pieces I’ve put together.
Some for me, some (one) not.

The first is a CREATE hand-stamped 1″ disk with an adorable “scissors” charm. I just love this charm !

The next is an adorable bird nest pendant that I learned how to make via Sarah Ortega’s blog and tutorial ~ you can find it here.
I just love the nest, reminds me of my “word of the year” .
Also, I do refer to my three kids as “my chickens” so it just seemed fitting to make one for me-self !

Next is a 8″ silver bracelet with a 1″ disk stamped “BELIEVE”.
This is not for me, it was ordered by a friend to give as a gift.
I just LOVE powerful words don’t you ??
Believe is one of them for sure.
As a matter of fact, I almost chose it as my “word of the year”.
Because,
We all need to Believe.
Believe in ourselves.
Believe in our dreams.
Believe that we can.
Believe that we will.
Believe in miracles.
Believe in change.
Believe in chances.
Believe in the good in people.
Believe in love.
Believe that things will get better.
Believe that GOD has a plan.
Believe that we need to let go and let GOD.
( This is something I definitely struggle with, giving up control ~ I’m sure I’m not alone )
I do Believe however, that with some work and prayer, I will learn to let go just a little bit more each day.
